About The Position

Join the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise as a Driver and Labor team member serving homes, apartments, and businesses throughout Maryland. Work with a teammate in a branded truck to remove items, sort them for donation, recycling, or disposal, and provide friendly, professional customer service. Shifts may start from convenient remote locations when available. Average total earnings are $24–$28 per hour, including base hourly pay, profit share, and tips. Paid hands-on training and a uniform are provided, with opportunities to grow into leadership or operations.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license held for at least three years.
• Be positive, energetic, and motivated.
• Be good with people and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Be comfortable performing physical labor and lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a teammate in a branded truck.
• Travel to homes, apartments, and businesses throughout Maryland.
• Use safe lifting and loading practices to remove items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Keep approved items collected from jobs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule.
