About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring outgoing and responsible Truck Team Members in King of Prussia. Team members remove junk from residential and commercial locations, provide quotes, and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. The role involves heavy lifting and physical labor, as well as working with a team to meet daily operational goals.

The schedule is four days per week with 8–12-hour shifts and three days off each week. Applicants must be available to work alternating weekend shifts. Pay is $20–$35 per hour, including base pay, a profit-share performance bonus, and credit card tips. Additional perks include cash tips and the opportunity to take home junk treasures. Positions are available immediately.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a minimum of three years of driving history.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor.
• Attention to detail and a responsible work ethic.
• Must be available to work alternating weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes to customers and answer their questions.
