Weekend Route Driver and Labor
About The Position
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring part-time weekend team members in Raleigh, North Carolina. Team members work 2–3 shifts per week, each 8–12 hours, and must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The role combines driving, customer service, junk removal, and physical labor. Employees work in teams of two, provide on-site estimates, remove unwanted items from homes and businesses, and sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal. Shifts begin with a truck inspection and team huddle, and employees stay in contact with the operations team throughout the day. Pay is $19–$23 per hour, including base pay, tips, and bonuses. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old for commercial insurance purposes.
- Hold a valid driver's license; a CDL is not required.
- Have a clean driving record for the past three years, with no major violations.
- Be physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and solid communication skills.
- Be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Responsibilities
