About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Route Driver and Labor team member to remove unwanted items for local customers using the company’s blue trucks. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules and combines driving, physical labor, customer service, and sales. Team members help sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal, and may develop leadership skills toward team lead roles. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bring a positive, team-first mindset.
• Be goal-oriented and comfortable with friendly competition.
• Be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.
• Have a smartphone and be able to use a few apps.

Responsibilities

• Start shifts at the office or remotely with a crew.
• Travel in company trucks to remove unwanted items for local customers.
• Provide friendly and respectful customer service.
• Use communication and sales skills to upsell services and earn bonuses.
• Sort items for donation, recycling, and disposal.
• Develop leadership skills with the opportunity to grow into team lead roles.
