About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring energetic and motivated Truck Team Members/Customer Service Representatives to drive company trucks to customer locations, remove and load unwanted items, and provide a positive customer experience. The role also involves assessing and quoting customers for item removal, managing time throughout the day, and helping keep reusable or recyclable items out of landfills through donation and recycling practices that follow local regulations. No CDL is required. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old to qualify for commercial insurance underwriting.
Have a valid, non-provisional driver’s license; a CDL is not required.
Have a clean driving history for the past three years, with no points, suspensions, or violations.
Have a positive attitude, be reliable, and have a goal-driven mindset.
Be comfortable repeatedly lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Drive an Isuzu NPR 17–20 ft. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? truck to customer locations.
Remove unwanted items from customers’ properties and load them onto the truck.
Provide a positive customer experience.
Assess removal jobs and quote customers using provided pricing sheets.
Donate reusable items and recycle recyclable items where possible, while following local regulations.
Manage time and daily work independently.
