You will kick off each shift at our Charlotte location, team up with fellow drivers, and tackle service routes. Responsibilities include providing quotes, removing unwanted items, driving iconic blue trucks, providing top-notch junk removal services, using customer service skills to enhance the customer experience, responsibly disposing of items, and building strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

Must be 21+ (for insurance purposes) or close to turning 21.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years) or close to.
Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with KPI metrics and revenue sales goals.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ repeatedly.

Responsibilities

Provide quotes and Remove 50 plus lbs of unwanted items
Drive our iconic blue trucks to visit customers, providing top-notch junk removal services that leave them smiling.
Use your customer service skills to enhance the customer experience and help us achieve our daily goals.
Responsibly dispose of items through our recycling, donation, and waste management channels.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
