About The Position
1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Truck Team Members to support its busy season. Team members work with a teammate on a set route, drive a company truck to homes and businesses, explain the service and estimates to customers, and remove unwanted items. They also sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal and communicate with operations to coordinate work. The position offers full-time and part-time availability, with 8–12-hour shifts. The listed average all-in pay is $22–$26 per hour, including base pay, tips, and bonuses. Paid training and uniforms are provided, along with performance-based awards and opportunities to grow with the company.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
- Be available to work at least one weekend day.
- Be comfortable safely lifting and carrying 50–75+ pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales experience is a plus but is not required.
- Enjoy staying active and productive.
- Be a clear communicator.
- Be team-oriented.
