About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Room Service Server to join its Food & Beverage Team. The role is responsible for creating exceptional in-room dining experiences through personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and serving every meal with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. The position involves preparing and delivering orders, presenting menu items, responding to guest requests, maintaining room service areas, coordinating tray removal, and processing checks. The work takes place in a fast-paced environment and includes continuous standing and movement between guest floors and back-of-house areas, as well as collaboration with other departments to support amenities and special occasions.

Requirements

• TIPS certification required.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability for shifts scheduled between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• One to two years of Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver room service orders accurately and on time while maintaining food quality standards.
• Present menu items with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and concerns.
• Maintain and reset room service areas.
• Coordinate room service tray removal.
• Process guest checks accurately and support guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with departments to provide amenities and special occasion items.
