About The Position

The Room Service Server serves meals to hotel guests with proper etiquette, helping provide an exceptional dining experience and a more enjoyable stay. This is an hourly position paying $9.50 per hour. Successful completion of a background check is required before employment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be TIPS certified.
• Must be Food Safety certified.
• Successful completion of a background check before employment.

Responsibilities

• Replenish clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes at the room service station.
• Answer room service calls within three rings, respond to questions, and take guest orders.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and/or bar.
• Arrange orders on service trays, ensuring presentation, sanitation, and timely delivery.
• Collect delivered trays to keep hallways clear and assist guests with food removal.
• Complete side work as directed by management to support smooth department operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the leader.
