About The Position

The Room Service Server delivers food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms while creating a warm, precise, and memorable in-room dining experience. The role includes setting up trays, carts, and dining tables; greeting guests and answering questions; ensuring orders meet presentation standards; coordinating with kitchen and bar teams; and responding promptly to guest concerns. The server also maintains cleanliness and organization, clears used trays, restocks supplies, and follows food-handling and sanitation guidelines. Regular attendance, participation in mandatory training and meetings, and other assigned duties are required. Schedules may vary to meet business needs.

Requirements

Knowledge of quality food service techniques and standards.
Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35 or more pounds.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in food service operations is preferred.
