Responsibilities include using computerized diet sheets, accessing patient computer systems, retrieving completed meals, and recording intake and calorie count information. The position also requires maintaining compliance with HACCP guidelines, processing meal orders over the telephone, verifying diet order parameters, and providing appropriate menus. Excellent customer service, listening skills, and the ability to establish effective working relationships are essential. The role also involves evaluating and maintaining quality control standards.
