Room Inspector

About The Position
The Room Inspector inspects guest rooms, verifies and reports room status or discrepancies, and enters information into the property management system as needed. The role may also involve completing work orders, performing Room Attendant or Houseperson duties, assisting with Room Attendant training, and responding promptly and efficiently to special guest requests. The position pays $17.50 per hour. The employer conducts post-offer employment, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
- Must be able to work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inspect rooms, verify and report room status and discrepancies, and enter information into the property management system as needed.
- Complete work orders as needed.
- Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties as needed.
- Assist in training Room Attendants as needed.
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
