About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Room Attendant to clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to company standards, ensure rooms are supplied with clean linens and amenities, and follow hotel safety and security procedures. The position also involves learning about the property, its staff and services, operating hours, and nearby surroundings; handling and reporting items guests leave behind according to lost-and-found procedures; and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to multitask and communicate effectively, teamwork, a focus on exceeding guest expectations, and knowledge of cleanliness standards. This position is tipped eligible. Specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
Follow hotel safety and security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surrounding area.
Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
Identify items guests have left behind and report them according to hotel lost-and-found procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
