About The Position

CUSA, LLC is hiring a Rooms Attendant for My Town Extended Stay in Rome, Georgia. The role works with room attendants and other hotel staff to provide excellent guest service and help ensure all hotel areas are clean and safe for guest use. The attendant may sometimes be required to clean guest rooms. The position also contributes to guest security and property safety, answers guests’ questions about the hotel, and makes recommendations about the local area. Duties are performed in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. A background check will be completed for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Work with room attendants and other hotel staff while providing excellent guest service.
• Help ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and safe for guest use.
• Clean guest rooms when required.
• Help maintain guest security and the safety of the property.
• Answer guest questions about the hotel.
• Make recommendations about the local area.
