Hotel Housekeeping/ Room Attendant
About The Position
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant. The role supports the hotel’s service culture by cleaning and sanitizing rooms and public areas to company standards, preparing rooms with clean linens and supplies, and following hotel safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures. The position is tipped eligible. Paid Time Off is available to eligible associates in accordance with company policy; specific compensation and benefit details will be discussed during the interview process. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to exceed guest expectations.
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms and public areas to company-mandated standards.
- Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels.
- Follow all hotel-mandated safety and security procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel property, staff, services, service hours, and surroundings.
- Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, and other supplies.
- Identify items guests have left behind and report them according to hotel lost-and-found procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
