About The Position

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking part-time Room Attendants to join its housekeeping team. The role focuses on keeping guest rooms clean and welcoming while delivering memorable hospitality experiences. The resort is located on California’s Central Coast and spans 24 acres, with 360 rooms and 60,000 square feet of meeting space. The schedule is Thursdays through Sundays on the AM shift. Weekend availability is expected, and prior cleaning experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and completing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
