About The Position
The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking a Houseperson to join its housekeeping team. The Houseperson helps maintain clean, well-kept designated areas of the hotel, supports guest requests, and contributes to memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality. The resort is a 24-acre property with 360 rooms and 60,000 square feet of meeting space. Complimentary parking and a meal during shifts are provided. The ideal candidate has schedule flexibility; prior housekeeping experience is highly preferred. Hilton values hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency and discipline.

Responsibilities
- Maintain designated public areas—including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces—through tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
- Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
- Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
- Perform periodic deep-cleaning projects, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
- Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
