About The Position

The Laundry Runner distributes clean linens to designated areas throughout the hotel, helping provide memorable guest experiences. The role involves sorting and storing linens, preparing delivery carts, tracking inventory, and documenting linen deliveries and returns. Candidates should be able to handle the physical demands of the position, work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be willing to drive a golf cart with 10 attached carts.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push or pull up to 500 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Comfort and willingness to drive a golf cart with 10 attached carts.

Responsibilities

• Distribute fresh linens to designated areas throughout the hotel accurately and on time.
• Sort and store linens by size, color, and department.
• Load and organize linen carts according to established guidelines.
• Conduct linen counts, complete inventory forms, and identify restocking requirements.
• Document linen deliveries and returns to maintain accurate inventory records.
