About The Position

The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is hiring Room Attendants to join its housekeeping team. Room Attendants help create memorable guest experiences by maintaining clean and welcoming guest rooms and providing warm, responsive hospitality. The resort is located on California’s Central Coast and spans 24 acres, with 360 rooms and 60,000 square feet of meeting space. The ideal candidate has schedule flexibility and prior cleaning experience. The role includes cleaning and tidying assigned rooms, replenishing linens and guest amenities, maintaining and transporting a housekeeping supply cart, responding to guest requests, and disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas.

Responsibilities

Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
