About The Position
As a Room Attendant, you help create enjoyable and comfortable guest experiences by making hotel rooms feel like home. The role involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms and bathrooms, replenishing supplies, organizing housekeeping materials, and greeting guests. It is an active, high-energy position that requires working with a diverse team and accommodating varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- At least one month of related experience.
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to work seamlessly with others and collaborate within a diverse team.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to stand or sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.
- Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and clean bathrooms.
- Restock guest room supplies, including soap, shampoo, and coffee.
- Organize the linen closet and restock the housekeeping cart before the end of each shift.
- Greet guests encountered during the shift with a friendly smile.
