About The Position

High Hotels is hiring a full-time Room Attendant for its SpringHill Suites property at 1000 Charles Ewing Blvd, Ewing, NJ 08628. The Room Attendant performs routine housekeeping duties to meet hotel and brand standards for cleanliness and service, helping provide exceptional guest experiences by keeping guest rooms and common areas clean and maintained. Work may include laundry, common-area cleaning, and room cleaning. The position is five days per week. Available schedules include 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday; days and shifts vary, and shift end times may change based on business needs and occupancy. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Weekend shifts include a $1 per hour premium. Starting pay is $19.06 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to brand standards and within the allotted time.
• Vacuum carpets and furniture.
• Clean and dust furniture.
• Clean suite kitchenettes and wash dishes.
• Change bed linens.
• Clean guest room bathrooms.
• Maintain the linen cart and keep supplies neatly organized.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests.
• Perform housekeeping duties in areas that may include laundry and common-area cleaning.
