About The Position

High Hotels LTD is hiring a part-time Room Attendant for the SpringHill Suites in Mt Laurel, NJ. The role performs routine housekeeping duties to meet hotel and brand standards for cleanliness and service, helping ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and maintained. Work may take place in different housekeeping areas, including laundry, common-area cleaning, and guest-room cleaning. The scheduled hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. on Fridays and 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Shift end times vary with occupancy and workload. Weekend shifts receive a $1 per hour premium. The starting rate is $19.06 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
Ability to support any High Hotels, Ltd. property in the Lancaster, PA area.

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards and within allotted time.
Vacuum carpets and furniture.
Clean and dust furniture.
Clean suite kitchenettes and wash dishes.
Change bed linens.
Clean guest-room bathrooms.
Clean high-touch areas of the hotel to meet brand standards.
Assist in the laundry room by washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
Maintain the linen cart and keep supplies neatly organized.
Ensure the security of guest rooms and protect guest privacy.
