About The Position

High Hotels LTD is hiring a part-time Room Attendant at the SpringHill Suites in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey. The position performs routine housekeeping duties to meet hotel and brand standards for cleanliness and service, helping provide exceptional guest experiences by maintaining guest rooms and common areas. Duties may take place in different parts of the housekeeping department, including room cleaning, common-area cleaning, and laundry. The scheduled hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. on Fridays and 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Shift end times may vary depending on occupancy and workload. Weekend shifts receive a $1-per-hour premium. The starting rate is $19.06 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Requirements

A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) is preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards and within the allotted time.
Vacuum carpets and furniture.
Clean and dust furniture.
Clean suite kitchenettes and wash dishes.
Change bed linens.
Clean guest room bathrooms.
Clean hotel high-touch areas to meet brand standards.
Assist in the laundry room by washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
Maintain the linen cart and keep supplies neatly organized.
Ensure the security of guest rooms and protect guest privacy.
Support any High Hotels, Ltd. property in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area.
