About The Position

The Room Attendant helps provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay by cleaning guest rooms and assigned areas to company standards. The role requires working efficiently and safely as part of the Housekeeping team, maintaining attention to detail, and supporting hotel housekeeping operations as needed.

The position is at The Redondo Beach Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, a 112-room hotel located along King Harbor in Redondo Beach. The hotel offers beach-inspired accommodations, Azul Café & Bar, a heated pool and spa, complimentary Wi-Fi, bike rentals, a rooftop patio, and indoor and outdoor event spaces.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to Company standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces and walls, and perform other room-cleaning tasks.
• Complete rooms efficiently within established time guidelines while maintaining quality.
• Restock guest room amenities according to Company standards.
• Report maintenance issues and items requiring immediate attention.
• Report damage, missing items, or guest belongings found in rooms to the appropriate manager.
• Follow all lost-and-found procedures.
• Maintain security of assigned master room keys and return them at the end of each shift.
• Assist with laundry and other Housekeeping duties as needed.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with guests, managers, and fellow team members.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized Housekeeping environment.
• Support other team members and hotel departments as needed.
