About The Position

CentiMark Corporation is hiring an entry-level Roofing Technical Representative to support Sales Representatives in its San Antonio office. The role involves traveling to customer locations to inspect commercial roofs, identifying problem areas, measuring roofs, and estimating the roofing materials and labor required for re-roofing projects. The representative works closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for customer proposals and assists with marketing to develop new accounts. CentiMark provides on-the-job training and opportunities to grow.

Requirements

• Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and bid estimating software.
• General construction, roofing, and/or construction sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to climb up and down ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial roofing systems, including thermoplastic, BUR, metal, EPDM, tile, SPF foam, and coatings; the company will train the right individual.
• A college degree in Construction Management or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ locations and inspect commercial roofs.
• Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas.
• Measure commercial roofs and estimate the roofing materials and labor needed to re-roof.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives to provide accurate information for customer proposals.
• Assist in marketing for new accounts.
