Roofing Service Sales Representative
About The Position
CentiMark Corporation is hiring a professional-level Roofing Service Sales Representative to join its Sales Team in the Bay Area. The representative will win business by developing estimates with support from the company's in-house team and growing business for its commercial roofing operations. CentiMark provides commercial roofing services including replacement, repairs, maintenance, emergency service, inspections, snow removal, and roof safety accessories. The role involves limited overnight travel. Year-end compensation, including base salary and commission, is $150,000–$200,000.
Requirements
- Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
- Commercial roofing experience or knowledge is required.
- Experience growing market share.
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
- Experienced roofing estimators, building inspectors, construction estimators, and roofing superintendents are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through the National Accounts division.
- Prospect, conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, and sell commercial and industrial roofing projects.
- Schedule follow-up customer office visits as needed.
- Prepare progress reports for management.
- Visit client facilities, build business relationships, and present information about CentiMark Corporation.
- Develop estimates with support from the in-house team and grow business.
