About The Position

Garcia Roofing is hiring sales representatives to sell residential roofing projects and manage the jobs they sell from the initial customer contact through the final walkthrough. Representatives inspect, measure, and estimate roofs; meet with homeowners to present options and close sales; follow up on leads and customers; and serve as the homeowner’s main contact while coordinating each sold job through completion. The role also includes door-to-door canvassing, maintaining current CRM notes and updates, and assisting operations when sales activity is slower.

Compensation is $70,000 to $120,000+ per year, with a choice of salary plus commission or full commission at higher rates. Neither compensation plan has a cap. Reroof commissions are based on gross profit, while repair commissions are based on ticket price. Full-commission representatives receive $500 per week in training pay for their first eight weeks. Representatives who drive an approved personal truck receive a $500 monthly vehicle allowance and a higher commission rate.

Requirements

• Be comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors.
• Have strong follow-up habits and good organization.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
