About The Position
The Roll Tender supports the printing process at the South Plant in Crawfordsville, Indiana, helping ensure efficient production and quality while working with a team. This position works 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Starting pay is listed as $21.39 per hour for day shift, plus a 7% night-shift premium. Paid training and career-growth opportunities are offered.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
- Ability to stand for the entire 12-hour shift.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

- General pressroom or mechanical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret job tickets.
- Identify and select the correct paper for each job.
- Check folds on newly printed forms.
- Assist with setup and make-ready tasks.
- Conduct quality inspections.
- Perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Cross-train with team members for career development.
