About The Position

Requirements

Experience deploying robotics, automation cells, or heavy equipment into operating environments.
Experience managing integrator and vendor scopes against self-written acceptance criteria.
A serious approach to safety reviews, willing to stop a job if safety concerns arise.
Experience turning a pilot project into a repeatable rollout kit.
Experience measuring post-deployment reality, including uptime and throughput, and acting on the data.

Nice To Haves

Experience with industrial robotics platforms.
Experience in data center or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of functional safety basics.
Experience with field commissioning.

Responsibilities

Run projects for the deployment of robotics into live sites and the factory, including pilots, installations, and scale-up.
Coordinate robot vendors, integrators, and site teams from initial survey to steady-state operation.
Own the deployment playbook, encompassing safety, commissioning, training, and support, to ensure subsequent deployments are easier than initial ones.
Track performance after go-live and make decisions regarding underperforming cells (fix or remove).
