About The Position
Join WellSpire's FlexCare staffing pool, an internal team designed to support high-quality care across multiple communities. FlexCare team members support multiple WesleyLife communities by filling open shifts wherever coverage is needed most, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Team members provide licensed, high-quality care while benefiting from premium hourly pay and flexible scheduling. The role requires a minimum of 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available and reliable transportation to travel between WellSpire communities as needed. Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Iowa.
- Ability to work in various care environments within the WellSpire network.
- Work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available.
- Reliable transportation to travel between WellSpire communities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans.
- Travel to WellSpire locations based on current staffing needs to support multiple communities.
- Assist teams during increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher-acuity situations.
- Maintain compliance with WesleyLife and WellSpire policies and state and federal care standards.
- Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in each care environment.
