About The Position

Agape Care Group is seeking a Regional Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice and palliative care to patients across a designated region. The nurse evaluates patients, develops care plans, and communicates with patients, families, and the care team to support quality care and meaningful patient experiences. Travel is assigned by the supervisor and may involve extended periods away and overnight stays. The role offers access to supportive leadership, professional development, and opportunities for advancement. Pay is determined by years of experience and location.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current state license as a registered nurse.
At least two years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
At least one year of hospice experience.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
Ability to lift at least 80–100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and create care plans.
Communicate with patients, their families, and the care team.
Travel to patients throughout the assigned region as designated by the supervisor, potentially for extended periods and with overnight stays.
Ensure each patient receives quality care.
