About The Position
Join WellSpire's FlexCare staffing pool, an internal team designed to support high-quality care across multiple communities. FlexCare team members enjoy premium pay and flexible scheduling while helping fill critical shifts where support is needed most. The RN supports multiple WesleyLife communities by stepping into open shifts—including days, evenings, nights, and weekends—wherever coverage is needed most. As part of the internal clinical team, FlexCare professionals provide licensed, high-quality care across multiple communities while enjoying flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life. The role offers premium hourly pay higher than standard PRN roles, holiday pay when eligible, and opportunities for incentive or stat pay on urgent shifts.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Iowa.
- Ability to work in various care environments within the WellSpire network.
- Work a minimum of 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available.
- Reliable transportation to travel between WellSpire communities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans.
- Travel to WellSpire locations based on current staffing needs to support multiple communities.
- Assist teams during periods of increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher-acuity situations.
- Maintain compliance with WesleyLife and WellSpire policies and state and federal care standards.
- Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.
