About The Position
Auburn Crest Primary & Palliative Care is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight for a designated region serving assisted living and memory care communities. The nurse supports residents, mentors Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and partners with providers to deliver care. This leadership-focused role combines patient care with greater flexibility and autonomy than traditional hospital nursing.
Requirements
- Active Idaho RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong assessment and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior care, home health, hospice, assisted living, memory care, or care management.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and support to a team of LPNs.
- Perform resident assessments and clinical reviews.
- Partner with Nurse Practitioners on care planning and interventions.
- Educate community staff and caregivers.
- Support families through changes in condition and care transitions.
- Help improve outcomes and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
- Build strong relationships with community leadership.
