About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN for Pre-Op/Post-Op/Same Day Surgery in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The position is described as a 10x4 day shift. The role requires current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must provide the listed credentials, clinical references, health screening records, and vaccinations, and must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- 2 current clinical references
- Physical completed within the past 12 months
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screening
