RN Outpatient - Same Day Surgery
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) uses the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes and planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care. This outpatient role is in a fast-paced same-day surgery and endoscopy procedural environment, with opportunities to work independently and collaboratively with a team of motivated professionals. The position calls for detail-oriented, compassionate, adaptable nurses with strong communication, time-management, and critical-thinking skills. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where nursing practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
- Demonstrate adaptability, strong communication and time-management skills, attention to detail, compassion, and critical thinking.
