RN Outpatient - Same Day Surgery
About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) uses the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes and planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care. This outpatient role offers the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with a team of motivated professionals in a fast-paced procedural environment, supporting patients and families with high-quality care. The position is based in Sanford Health’s new endoscopy expansion. Nurses are expected to be adaptable, compassionate, detail-oriented, effective communicators, skilled in time management, and critical thinkers. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state where nursing practice occurs, or possess multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
- Be adaptable, compassionate, detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and have strong time management and critical-thinking skills.
