About The Position
Diversicare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff and support the delivery of high-quality patient care and clinical excellence. The role oversees daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning, and works with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Requirements
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
