About The Position
Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor to support resident care and daily clinical operations at its Bayville, New Jersey facility. The supervisor provides clinical leadership to nursing staff, supports quality care, and helps maintain a safe, professional, resident-focused environment. The position is full-time and pays $7,626 per month.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN license.
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate nursing staff.
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards and regulations.
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.
- Provide clinical leadership to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are provided.
- Communicate with physicians, residents, and families about changes in condition and care needs.
- Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans.
- Respond to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions.
- Review nursing documentation and ensure accurate, timely charting.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Support infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
- Guide, coach, and mentor nursing staff.
- Help maintain a safe, professional, and resident-focused environment.
