About The Position

The Pines at Bristol, a Certified Great Place to Work and an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the 3p-11p shift, working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. This role involves leading an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of residents. Responsibilities include oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. The position offers a $3000 sign-on bonus and competitive compensation starting from $50.00/Hr.

Requirements

Valid state nursing license
Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree or certification preferred
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred

Responsibilities

Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
