RN Nursing Supervisor
About The Position
Diversicare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead and supervise nursing staff in a post-acute care setting. The RN Supervisor oversees daily nursing operations, supports high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance, and works with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans tailored to patients' needs. Requirements
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
