RN Nursing Supervisor
About The Position
Diversicare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead nursing staff and oversee daily nursing operations in its post-acute care services. The RN Supervisor helps ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance, coordinates staffing and patient care activities, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. The role also includes mentoring and supporting nursing staff and fostering continuous learning and professional growth. Requirements
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to quality care.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
