RN Manager, Neuroscience
About The Position
Community is seeking an RN Manager to lead its 52-bed Neuroscience unit at the downtown Fresno campus. The unit cares for patients with a range of neurological comorbidities, including epilepsy, brain tumors, and spinal injuries. The manager will develop a high-performing team, motivate staff to achieve defined results, recognize outstanding contributions, and drive improvement while making decisions in the interest of Community. The role also collaborates across the healthcare system to support quality patient experiences, builds a learning culture, and fosters an inclusive workplace that values diversity and individual differences.
Requirements
- High school diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS-approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) certificate.
- Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability.
- Three years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
- Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to work in California.
