About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide home care for children and adults in Pana, Illinois. The role provides one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes in accordance with the physician’s care plan. The posted evening schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available. Pediatric or home care experience is not required.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
