About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring home care nurses to provide one-on-one care to children and adults in their homes in Pontiac, Illinois. The position offers evening shifts Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available. No pediatric or home care experience is required.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
