About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring LPNs or RNs to provide compassionate home care to children and adults in Hampshire, Illinois. The role provides one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home according to the physician’s care plan. No pediatric or home care experience is required. The posting lists evening shifts Monday through Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and also notes that full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and complete patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
