About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide one-on-one home care to children and adults in Streator, Illinois. The position offers evening shifts Monday through Friday, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Nurses provide compassionate care in patients’ homes in accordance with physicians’ care plans.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and compose patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
