About The Position
Advantage Nursing Services is hiring registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide home care for children and adults in Pontiac, Illinois. The position involves evening shifts Monday through Friday, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes. No pediatric or home care experience is required. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available.
Requirements
- Active Illinois nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician’s care plan of treatment.
- Monitor the patient’s condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist the patient with daily activities.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide caregiver relief.
