Requirements

Active RN license (New Mexico or compact)
Home health experience (required)
Strong working knowledge of OASIS documentation and regulations
Leadership experience (Clinical Manager, Supervisor, Lead RN, or similar)
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and compliance standards
A passion for mentorship, accountability, and quality improvement

Nice To Haves

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Proven success improving STAR ratings or quality measures
Background managing high-volume home health caseloads or teams

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for home health nursing teams
Ensure OASIS accuracy, timeliness, and Medicare compliance
Coach and develop clinicians to improve documentation, quality, and outcomes
Lead case conferences and care coordination efforts
Monitor and drive performance metrics, quality scores, and regulatory readiness
Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure efficient, patient-centered operations
