About The Position

Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton, Massachusetts, is hiring a Registered Nurse Assistant Director of Nursing (RN ADNS) for its 171-bed skilled nursing facility. The position assists the Director of Nursing Services with planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions and overall operations of the nursing services department. This is a full-time opportunity paying $50 to $55 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the state.
At least a nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
CPR certification.
At least one year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare facility.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing Services with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operations of the Nursing Services department.
Meet the clinical needs of all residents.
Assist with maintaining, reviewing, and developing clinical policies and procedures.
Ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed.
Monitor and review staffing needs, schedules, and work assignments.
Oversee certification of nursing assistants and track required annual in-service hours.
Ensure proper medication administration, handling, storage, and auditing.
Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies and implement plans of correction for deficiencies.
