About The Position

The Special Risk Projects Consultant – Fraud & Operations supports projects, business-management activities, executive reporting, and CAO-related deliverables across Fraud and Operations. The role organizes and analyzes information, coordinates project activities, develops recurring reporting and presentation materials, tracks commitments and milestones, and supports more senior team members and business leaders in executing organizational priorities. The position may also support risk, process improvement, change-management, and other special initiatives based on emerging business needs. The position involves moderate ambiguity and requires working independently within established objectives, processes, and frameworks. The consultant may own defined workstreams or smaller projects while supporting senior consultants on larger initiatives. The role develops leadership materials, generally with senior review for highly visible executive communications, consolidates and analyzes information to identify themes, gaps, and issues, and coordinates defined risk and change activities rather than independently leading highly complex cross-functional risk matters. Issues requiring senior attention should be escalated appropriately. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
